Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 Avocado
  • 5 Squares of dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp. of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. of yacon syrup
  • 1 tsp. of coconut oil
  • 2 tsp. of almond milk
  • 2 tsp. of cacao
  • 1 tsp. of cacao
  • 1 tsp. of cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp. of pomegranate
  • 1 tsp. of yacon syrup
Instructions
  1. Add the avocado, dates, peanut butter, yacon syrup, almond milk and cacao to your food processor and blitz until smooth.
  2. Boil the kettle and melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl.
  3. Once melted add it to your food processor and blitz again.
  4. Spoon into a cocktail glass, then pop your chocolate mousse in the fridge to chill.
  5. When you are ready to serve sprinkle over your garnishes and enjoy.
