Pomegranate Lemongrass Bites

Ingredients
  • 1 handful cashews
  • 4 tablespoon grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon yacon syrup
  • 100 gram pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 bar lemongrass
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
Instructions

Grind cashews, pomegranate seeds and lemon grass in a blender.In a bowl mix syrup, salt, coconut flour and grated coconut.Shape the balls into the size you prefer, place on a tray and refrigerate until hardened.Serve and enjoy!
