I started taking raw honey 10 years ago when my allergies were so bad that my eyes were swollen, tearing up, nose running and very tired for about 3 months out of the year. My allergies since then have subsided but on occasion they come back very mild like 2 days per year so I decided to pick up this organic bee pollen to never have allergies again. So far so good. I put 1 teaspoon in my coffee everyday. I don't really taste much of anything except my coffee, but these granules don't fully dissolve and some residue is left in the bottom of my cup. I love that this is organic and the bag is huge so it will probably take me 2 years to finish. If you have allergies then I recommend this bee pollen, im sure it has many other benefits but I don't have enough information or expertise to give my opinion.

I had never tasted bee pollen until ordering this Organic Bee Pollen Granules by Ganic Food. I didn't know what to expect and I cannot compare it to other bee pollen products. My first taste consisted of a spoonful of bee pollen granules one their own. I did not enjoy the taste. I'm not a fan of earthy tasting foods. Since then, I've added a tablespoon of bee pollen granules to smoothies, and I can't taste the bee pollen at all. I have also mixed it into my yogurt and it's not bad.
The potential health benefits of consuming bee pollen intrigue me, so I will continue to incorporate some granules into various foods. I would recommend this product but suggest mixing it into other food that tastes good.

I like to just hold about a tablespoon in my hand and eat it slowly. It tastes like a bitter and lightly chalky honey and goes really good with things like yogurt or milkshakes or in a cream cheese bagel. I do notice a small amount of energy boost and my face looks better and I think that’s because my face has a bunch of allergy problems.

I am a huge fan of all bee related products... Manukau honey, propolis, pollen.. Etc. I like to take this pollen by sprinkling over cereals or by itself. This bee pollen is organic, vegan/paleo/keto friendly, gluten free, dairy free and no added sugar. It is a huge bag with ab affordable price tag, that's why make me like Ganic's range.
One thing I am not sure about this pollen is that they seem to have moisture in them, no as dry as I would expect. I noticed there are some squished gaunula inside the bag, instead of crumbled up they stick to the bag like dough.
Expiry date is a little under two years from receiving the item.

A whole pound of only bee pollen which according to the instructions is about 90 servings. Plenty to take daily mixed into the everyday foods/drinks you consume. Make a special smoothie by adding a serving of this USDA Certified & Natural bee pollen. I mixed mine into tea and it dissolved very well.

I never had bee pollen loose like this before I was pleasantly surprised this is pretty good bee pollen.
